First Conference: Leadership Values

On October 14th, the LeadBeyond team was ecstatic to have our first conference. After months of planning, we spent this conference sharing the origins of LeadBeyond and then dove into a discussion about Leadership Values. We explored what type of leader each attendee was (by utilizing an online quiz) and analyzed qualities that are important in a leader, such as communication, vision, trust, and compassion.
