Conference 5: Leadership through transforming Hardship into Opportunity

The LeadBeyond team was honored to invite a host of the mental health awareness podcast and resource, The Thrive Initiative, to speak at our June conference. We began our conference by hearing her personal story of perseverance, and how she turned that hardship into a leadership opportunity in which she helps others. The conference featured breakout groups in which participants were provided with prompting questions about how they have persevered through their challenges and how to support a friend or loved one going through difficult times.
